Sub-Processors

BotBye uses a limited number of third-party service providers ("Sub-processors") to assist in delivering our Services. This page lists all Sub-processors that may process personal data on behalf of our customers.
In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, BotBye will notify customers at least 30 days before engaging a new Sub-processor. Customers may object to a change on legitimate grounds within that period.

Data Transfer Safeguards
For Sub-processors located outside the EU/EEA:
- Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and includes Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in its Data Processing Addendum. Cloudflare processes end-user data only in transit, as part of traffic proxying and DDoS filtering.
- Stripe is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and includes Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in its Data Processing Agreement.
- Elastic Email processing is subject to Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as required by Chapter V of the GDPR.
BotBye's primary infrastructure (Hetzner) is located in the EU — end-user data is stored exclusively in the EU. Traffic is routed through Cloudflare's global network for DDoS protection and content delivery; these in-transit transfers are safeguarded by Cloudflare's EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification and SCCs (see the sub-processor list).
